This guide is for you, Shahzad. It explains what we found and what to do about it. Read it one section at a time. Your practitioner is always here if you have questions.
Section 1 โ€” What We Found

1. Your Left Knee โ€” Why It Is Inflamed

The inflammation in your left knee is not just physical. We found a direct connection between the knee and the kidney/bladder meridian โ€” an energy pathway in the body. Trapped emotions are sitting in this pathway and are contributing to the inflammation. Until these emotions are released, the knee will continue to be affected.

The emotions we found sitting in the knee:

  • Dread
  • Fear
  • Horror
  • Feeling peeved (irritated and resentful)
  • Feeling unsupported
  • Inner conflict
  • An emotional disturbance that began after the age of 50

We also found biogenic salts (mineral deposits) and a trapped emotion in the knee tissue itself. Your practitioner will work on releasing these emotions through Emotion Code sessions.

2. Your Liver โ€” Carrying Heavy Emotions

We found a liver fluke (Fasciola hepatica) โ€” a parasite living in the liver. The liver is also carrying significant emotional weight:

  • Anger
  • Bitterness
  • Hatred
  • Resentment
  • Hatred towards Zohra โ€” a specific named emotional burden sitting in the liver

In the body, the liver holds anger and resentment. When the liver is burdened by both a parasite and these emotions, it cannot function properly โ€” affecting digestion, detoxification, energy and mood. Clearing the liver fluke and releasing these emotions are both essential.

3. Your Heart โ€” What It Is Carrying

We found impaired function in the heart muscle. The heart is carrying:

  • Abandonment
  • Betrayal
  • Feeling forlorn (deeply sad and alone)
  • Feeling lost
  • Love unreceived โ€” the pain of love that was not returned or acknowledged

These emotions are sitting in the heart muscle itself and are affecting how the heart functions. Releasing these emotions is part of supporting the heart.

4. Your Left Kidney

We found heavy metals in the left kidney, along with an Acanthocephala parasite (a parasitic worm). The kidneys hold fear in the body โ€” and we found fear, dread and horror sitting in the kidney meridian connected to the knee. Opening kidney drainage and clearing the parasite will help both the kidney and the knee.

5. Emotional Disturbance from Mother

We found an emotional disturbance caused by your mother sitting in your body. This is contributing to the overall emotional burden and is connected to the heart findings. Your practitioner will work on this through Emotion Code sessions.

6. Your Gut and Digestion

  • Intestinal dysbiosis โ€” the balance of good and bad bacteria is disrupted
  • Low stomach acid โ€” food is not being digested properly
  • Enzyme deficiencies โ€” your body is low in 7 digestive enzymes (amylase, lipase, cellulase, papain, pancreatin and others)
  • Skin rash โ€” connected to the gut and immune findings
  • Circadian rhythm disorder โ€” your sleep-wake cycle is disrupted

7. Food Intolerances โ€” Remove These Completely

RemoveWhy
Gluten โ€” wheat, rye, barley, regular oatsInflaming the gut lining and worsening dysbiosis
All dairy โ€” milk, cheese, cream, butterCasein, casomorphine and lactose intolerance all confirmed
Sugar โ€” all formsFeeds bad bacteria and pathogens in the gut
Mucus-forming foods โ€” processed foods, additivesDamaging the gut lining

8. Nutrient Deficiencies

Your body is low in: magnesium, zinc, boron, phosphorus, sulfur, collagen and omega-3. These are addressed in your supplement plan below.

Section 2 โ€” Your 5 Marion Sprays

Use as directed on each spray. These are the most important part of your protocol.

Meta

Supports metabolism, enzyme function and digestion. Addresses the enzyme deficiencies and low stomach acid. Helps the body break down and absorb food properly.

Salur

Clears the liver fluke from the liver and supports liver function. Directly addresses the parasite driving the anger, bitterness and resentment findings.

Mun

Strengthens the immune system โ€” anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-parasitic and anti-viral. Supports the body in clearing the parasites and pathogens.

Emotion

Works on the emotional layer โ€” helps release the trapped emotions from the knee, liver and heart. Supports the Emotion Code work your practitioner does in sessions.

Urcirk

Supports the kidneys โ€” clears the Acanthocephala parasite, heavy metals and mineral deposits from the left kidney. Opens kidney drainage.

Section 3 โ€” Your Supplements

Start with one new supplement per week. All should be gluten-free and dairy-free.

SupplementWhat It DoesWhen to Take
Digestive enzymes โ€” broad spectrum (amylase, lipase, cellulase, papain, pancreatin) Replaces the 7 enzymes you are deficient in. Helps your body break down food properly โ€” fats, proteins, carbohydrates and plant fibres. With every main meal
Probiotics โ€” multi-strain, dairy-free Rebuilds good gut bacteria and clears dysbiosis. Morning, away from other supplements
Magnesium glycinate Deficient. Supports sleep, muscle relaxation, nervous system and knee inflammation. Evening before bed
Zinc โ€” picolinate form Deficient. Supports immune function, gut healing and skin health (connected to the skin rash). With food at lunch
Omega-3 โ€” fish oil or algae-based Deficient. Reduces inflammation throughout the body including the knee. Supports heart health and brain function. With food
Collagen โ€” hydrolysed, unflavoured Deficient. Supports joint health (directly relevant to the knee), gut lining repair and skin. Morning in warm water
Vitamin C โ€” buffered Supports collagen production, immune function and heavy metal clearance from the kidney. With food, twice daily
Section 4 โ€” Your Food Guide

Good Foods to Eat

FoodWhy It Helps
Bone broth or good quality meat soupsHeals the gut lining, rich in collagen and minerals โ€” directly supports the knee and gut
Oily fish โ€” salmon, sardines, mackerel (2โ€“3 times per week)Rich in omega-3 โ€” reduces knee and body inflammation
Cooked vegetables โ€” courgette, broccoli, cauliflower, sweet potato, spinachEasy to digest, anti-inflammatory, gut-healing
Ginger and turmeric (in cooking or as tea)Powerful anti-inflammatory โ€” directly helps the knee and liver
Brown rice, quinoa, gluten-free oatsGentle on the gut, good energy source
Eggs (organic)Rich in protein, B vitamins and sulphur โ€” supports liver detox and gut healing
Pumpkin seedsAnti-parasitic, rich in zinc โ€” supports kidney and immune function
Fresh coriander and parsleyNatural heavy metal chelators โ€” help clear metals from the kidney
Filtered water โ€” 2 litres per dayEssential for kidney drainage and toxin clearance

Foods to Avoid

AvoidWhy
All gluten โ€” wheat bread, pasta, regular oats, wheat chapatiInflaming the gut lining
All dairy โ€” milk, cheese, cream, butter, yoghurtCasein and lactose intolerance confirmed
Sugar โ€” all forms including fruit juice and fizzy drinksFeeds gut pathogens and worsens inflammation
Processed and fried foodsAdd to the toxic burden and worsen gut dysbiosis
AlcoholBurdens the liver โ€” which is already under strain from the liver fluke and emotions
Section 5 โ€” Your Emotional Healing

The emotional findings in your scan are significant. They are directly connected to your physical symptoms โ€” particularly the knee, the liver and the heart. Please read this section gently.

In Your Knee

The knee is carrying dread, fear, horror, conflict and feeling unsupported. These emotions are sitting in the kidney/bladder meridian โ€” the energy pathway connected to the knee. In traditional medicine, the kidneys hold fear. Something happened after the age of 50 that lodged in this pathway and has not been released. Your practitioner will work on this directly.

In Your Liver

Your liver is holding anger, bitterness, hatred and resentment โ€” including a specific burden of hatred towards Zohra. These emotions are sitting in the same liver that has the parasite. When these emotions are not released, they impair liver function and can drive irritability, frustration and physical liver strain. Releasing these emotions is as important as clearing the parasite.

In Your Heart

Your heart muscle is carrying abandonment, betrayal, feeling forlorn, feeling lost and love unreceived. These are deep feelings โ€” the pain of love and connection that was not returned or acknowledged. These emotions are sitting in the heart muscle itself and are affecting how the heart functions. Healing the heart emotionally is part of supporting it physically.

Simple Daily Practices

  • Place your hand on your heart each morning and take 5 slow, deep breaths
  • When you feel anger or frustration rising, pause and breathe before responding โ€” the liver emotions can feel very immediate
  • Spend time in nature โ€” even a short walk helps the nervous system settle and the kidneys release fear
  • Be gentle with yourself โ€” your body has been carrying a heavy emotional and physical load

Your practitioner will work on releasing the trapped emotions from the knee, liver and heart through Emotion Code sessions. The Emotion spray will support this work between sessions.
