This guide is for you, Milena. It explains what we found and what to do about it. The emotional section is the most important part โ€” please read it with care. Your practitioner is always here if you have questions.
Section 1 โ€” What We Found

1. Your Gut โ€” The Physical Foundation

The large intestine and transverse colon are both showing impaired function. The entire colon โ€” ascending, transverse and descending โ€” is affected. We also found:

  • Intestinal toxins building up in the gut
  • Antibiotic burden โ€” past antibiotic use has damaged the gut lining and killed good bacteria
  • Heavy metal burden โ€” metals sitting in the gut tissue
  • Carcinogens of intestinal origin โ€” toxic compounds being produced by bad bacteria in the gut
  • Acidification of the body โ€” your body is too acidic, which feeds bad bacteria and inflammation
  • Difficulty digesting proteins and sugars
  • Vitamin deficiencies โ€” your gut is not absorbing nutrients properly

The gut is the foundation of everything else. Healing it will have a positive effect on your energy, mood, immunity and emotional wellbeing.

2. Emotions in the Heart and Small Intestine

We found a significant number of trapped emotions sitting in the heart and small intestine meridian:

  • Abandonment
  • Betrayal
  • Forlorn โ€” a deep sense of sadness and being alone
  • Lost โ€” not knowing which direction to go
  • Effort unreceived โ€” giving a great deal and not having it acknowledged
  • Heartache
  • Insecurity
  • Overjoy โ€” joy that was suppressed or not allowed to be expressed
  • Vulnerability

These emotions are sitting in the heart and affecting how you feel at a deep level. Releasing them is central to your healing.

3. Emotions in the Lungs and Colon

The lungs and colon hold grief and sadness in the body. These emotions are directly connected to the impaired colon function:

  • Crying โ€” unexpressed grief
  • Discouragement
  • Rejection
  • Sadness
  • Sorrow

4. Emotions in the Spleen and Stomach

  • Failure
  • Helplessness
  • Low self-esteem

5. Emotions in the Liver and Gallbladder

  • Indecisiveness
  • Panic
  • Taken for granted

6. Emotions in the Glands and Sexual Organs

  • Humiliation
  • Jealousy
  • Longing
  • Lust
  • Overwhelm

7. Emotional Disturbance from Your Father

We found a significant emotional disturbance caused by your father sitting in your body. This included a communication blockage, a feeling of being an unwanted child, rejection, stagnation and anger.

Already released in your session: The rejection, stagnation and anger connected to your father were successfully released during your session. These are no longer sitting in your body. The remaining aspects โ€” the communication blockage and the unwanted child feeling โ€” will be worked on in future sessions.
Section 2 โ€” Your 4 Marion Sprays

Use as directed on each spray. These are the most important part of your physical protocol.

Met

Clears heavy metals from the gut and body tissues. Supports the liver and kidneys in removing the metal burden.

Urcirk

Supports kidney drainage and helps the body clear toxins, heavy metals and waste products through the urinary system.

Emotions

Works on the emotional layer โ€” supports the release of the trapped emotions from the heart, lungs, spleen, liver and glands between sessions.

Par

Supports the gut โ€” clears intestinal toxins, addresses the antibiotic burden and helps restore healthy gut bacteria balance.

Section 3 โ€” Supplements

Start with one new supplement per week. All should be gluten-free and dairy-free where possible.

SupplementWhat It DoesWhen to Take
Probiotics (multi-strain, 50 billion CFU)Restores good bacteria after antibiotic damage. Essential for gut healing.Morning, away from food
L-glutamine (5g)Repairs the gut lining and reduces intestinal permeabilityOn an empty stomach
Activated charcoalBinds intestinal toxins and carcinogens in the gut and helps remove themBetween meals, away from other supplements
Chlorella (organic, broken cell wall)Binds and removes heavy metals from the gut and tissues. Start with a small dose and build up.With water, 2 hours away from other supplements
Magnesium glycinateSupports gut motility, reduces anxiety and supports sleepEvening
Zinc (15โ€“25mg)Repairs the gut lining, supports immunity and helps clear heavy metalsWith food
Vitamin C (buffered, 1000mg)Antioxidant, supports detoxification and gut healing. Helps alkalise the body. With meals

Section 4 โ€” Food Guide

Priority One: Alkalise Your Body

Your body is too acidic. An acidic environment feeds bad bacteria and worsens inflammation. The most important shift is to eat more alkalising foods and reduce acid-forming ones.

Eat More (Alkalising)Reduce (Acid-Forming)
Leafy greens โ€” spinach, kale, rocket, cucumberSugar and sweeteners of all kinds
Cooked vegetables โ€” courgette, broccoli, sweet potato, carrotsProcessed and packaged foods
Avocado, lemon waterAlcohol
Herbal teas โ€” chamomile, peppermint, gingerCoffee (switch to herbal tea)
Bone broth โ€” heals the gut lining and is deeply nourishingRefined carbohydrates โ€” white bread, pasta, pastries

Priority Two: Heal the Gut

  • Bone broth daily โ€” the single most healing food for the gut lining
  • Cooked vegetables rather than raw โ€” easier to digest while the gut is healing
  • Oily fish (salmon, mackerel, sardines) 3 times per week โ€” anti-inflammatory omega-3
  • Pumpkin seeds โ€” natural antiparasitic and zinc-rich
  • Ginger and turmeric in cooking โ€” reduce gut inflammation

Foods to Remove

RemoveWhy
Sugar โ€” all formsFeeds bad bacteria, worsens acidification and inflammation
Processed and packaged foodsFull of additives and hidden sugars that worsen the gut
AlcoholHighly acid-forming, damages the gut lining and liver
Gluten (wheat, rye, barley)Inflammatory for a damaged gut โ€” reduce or remove during healing
Dairy (milk, cheese, cream)Can worsen gut inflammation โ€” switch to oat or coconut alternatives
Section 5 โ€” Your Emotional Healing

What Was Released in Your Session

Already done: During your session, your practitioner successfully released the rejection, stagnation and anger connected to your father. These emotions are no longer sitting in your body. This is significant progress.

What Remains to Be Worked On

The remaining emotional burden is significant โ€” across the heart, lungs, spleen, liver and glands. Your practitioner will work through these systematically in your Emotion Code sessions. The father wound โ€” the communication blockage and the feeling of being an unwanted child โ€” will be addressed in your next session.

What You Can Do Between Sessions

  • Journalling โ€” write freely without editing. Let what comes up, come up.
  • Gentle movement โ€” walking, swimming or yoga. Movement helps the body process stored emotions.
  • Breathwork โ€” slow, deep breathing for 5 minutes each morning. In for 4 counts, hold for 4, out for 6.
  • Be gentle with yourself โ€” you are carrying a great deal. Healing takes time.
