Gulce, this is your personal guide. It explains what we found in your body and what to do about it. Keep it simple โ€” just follow the steps one at a time. Your practitioner is always here if you have questions.
Section 1 โ€” What We Found

Vaccine Residues

We found spike protein and graphene oxide still sitting in your body from the Covid vaccine. These are affecting your heart's rhythm and your immune system. Clearing these is the top priority.

Your Heart

Your heart is under strain โ€” both physically and emotionally. We also found a wall around your heart (and a hidden one underneath it). This is something the heart builds when it has been deeply hurt. Your practitioner will work on releasing this.

Your Immune System

Your immune system needs a full rebuild. Every layer of it is weakened right now. The good news is that the protocol in this guide is designed specifically to bring it back.

Your Gut

  • Leaky gut โ€” toxins are getting into the bloodstream
  • Bad bacteria overgrowth and candida (yeast)
  • Low stomach acid โ€” food is not being broken down properly
  • Reacting to gluten, dairy, sugar and casein

Your Kidneys

Your kidneys are under strain and carrying a lot of stored fear and dread. Supporting them with the juice, supplements and breathwork will make a big difference.

Your Hormones and Glands

All four main glands are affected: adrenals (energy and stress), thyroid (metabolism), pituitary (master hormone control) and pineal (sleep). This is why your energy and sleep may feel off.

Toxins in the Body

  • Heavy metals (including mercury)
  • Microplastics โ€” including in the reproductive organs
  • Pesticides, chemicals and radioactive compounds
  • 5G radiation, electrosmog and geopathic stress
Walk barefoot on grass or soil for 20 minutes every day. This is one of the most powerful things you can do to clear the radiation and electrosmog burden โ€” and it costs nothing.

Your Body Is Also Low In

Magnesium, zinc, potassium, iodine, vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin B12, collagen and digestive enzymes. The supplements below will address all of these.

You Are Dehydrated

Drink at least 2 litres of filtered water every day. Start every morning with a warm glass of lemon water before anything else.

Section 2 โ€” Your Marion Sprays

Use as directed on each bottle.

Tox

Helps your liver, kidneys and lymph clear the overall toxic burden โ€” heavy metals, pesticides and chemicals.

Col

Heals the gut lining, clears intestinal toxins and addresses candida. Directly targets the leaky gut.

Urcirk

Supports the kidneys and urinary system. Helps clear heavy metals and supports kidney drainage.

Hepcirk

Supports the liver โ€” helps it process the toxic and emotional burden it is carrying.

Mun

Rebuilds your immune system โ€” anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-parasitic and anti-cancer immunity.

Elerg

Supports the body in clearing allergic and reactive responses โ€” including the food sensitivities found in your session.

Corcirk

Supports heart function and circulation. Directly addresses the heart strain found in your session.

Vak

Clears spike protein, graphene oxide and Covid vaccine residues from the body.

Section 4 โ€” Your Daily Healing Juice

GeoGenetic Juice โ€” Make This Every Morning

  • Celery โ€” 3 to 4 stalks
  • Cucumber โ€” half
  • Green apple โ€” 1
  • Lemon โ€” juice of half
  • Fresh ginger โ€” a thumb-sized piece
  • Fresh parsley โ€” a small handful
  • Fresh coriander โ€” a small handful
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper

Drink on an empty stomach, 20 minutes before eating. Use a cold-press juicer if you have one. If not, blend and strain through a sieve. This juice is specifically chosen to cleanse your kidneys, remove heavy metals and alkalise your body.

Section 5 โ€” Food Guide

Your food plan is alkaline Mediterranean. This means eating mostly plants, healthy fats, wild caught fish and whole grains โ€” and cutting out anything that creates acid, inflammation or feeds bad bacteria. Think of food as part of your healing, not just fuel.

Vegetables โ€” Eat As Much As You Like

These are the foundation of your diet. Aim for at least half your plate to be vegetables at every meal.

VegetableWhy It Helps
Leafy greens โ€” spinach, kale, rocket, Swiss chardHighly alkaline. Rich in magnesium and chlorophyll. Supports the liver and blood.
Broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sproutsPowerful liver detoxifiers. Anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer.
Cucumber and celeryDeeply hydrating and alkalising. Supports kidney flushing.
AvocadoHealthy fats that support the heart and hormones. Anti-inflammatory.
Courgette, asparagus, artichokeGentle on the gut. Support liver and kidney drainage.
Sweet potato and beetrootGrounding, mineral-rich and alkaline. Good slow-release energy.
Garlic and onionAnti-viral, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal. Use daily in cooking.
Tomatoes, peppers, aubergineRich in antioxidants. Use cooked rather than raw for better absorption.

Fish โ€” Wild Caught Only

Wild caught fish is fine and encouraged. Aim for 3 to 4 portions per week. Avoid farmed fish โ€” it contains antibiotics, dyes and inflammatory fats.

  • Salmon (wild caught) โ€” omega-3 fats, supports the heart and brain
  • Sardines โ€” one of the best sources of omega-3, calcium and vitamin D
  • Mackerel โ€” anti-inflammatory, supports the nervous system
  • Anchovies โ€” small, low in mercury, high in nutrients
  • Cod and haddock โ€” lean, easy to digest, good protein
  • Trout โ€” wild caught, rich in omega-3 and B vitamins
  • Tuna โ€” wild caught only, limit to once per week due to mercury

Grains and Legumes

Choose gluten-free whole grains only. These give you steady energy without spiking blood sugar or irritating the gut.

  • Quinoa โ€” complete protein, alkaline, easy to digest
  • Buckwheat โ€” despite the name, completely gluten-free. Rich in minerals.
  • Brown rice and wild rice โ€” gentle on the gut, good fibre
  • Oats (certified gluten-free) โ€” supports the gut lining and cholesterol
  • Lentils โ€” excellent plant protein and iron. Easy on digestion.
  • Chickpeas โ€” fibre-rich, supports gut bacteria
  • Black beans and kidney beans โ€” alkaline, high in antioxidants

Healthy Fats and Oils

  • Extra virgin olive oil โ€” use cold on salads and drizzled on food. Do not fry with it.
  • Coconut oil โ€” use for cooking. Anti-fungal and anti-bacterial.
  • Avocado oil โ€” good for higher heat cooking
  • Flaxseed oil โ€” add to smoothies or salads. Do not heat.
  • Pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, flaxseeds โ€” eat a small handful daily
  • Walnuts and almonds โ€” anti-inflammatory, support the brain and heart

Fruit

Fruit is good but keep it moderate โ€” too much sugar (even natural) feeds candida. Stick to low-sugar options.

  • Berries โ€” blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries. Eat daily. High in antioxidants, low in sugar.
  • Lemon and lime โ€” highly alkalising despite being acidic in taste. Use in water and cooking daily.
  • Green apple โ€” lower sugar, supports digestion
  • Pomegranate โ€” powerful antioxidant, supports the heart
  • Papaya โ€” contains enzymes that help digestion
  • Watermelon โ€” hydrating and kidney-supportive
  • Avoid: grapes, mango, banana, dried fruit โ€” too high in sugar

Herbs and Spices โ€” Use Every Day

Herb / SpiceWhy It Helps
TurmericPowerful anti-inflammatory. Add to everything โ€” soups, rice, eggs, smoothies. Always pair with black pepper to activate it.
GingerAnti-nausea, anti-inflammatory, supports digestion and circulation. Use fresh in cooking and teas.
GarlicAnti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal. Use raw where possible for maximum benefit.
