Important โ€” You Are Breastfeeding. Everything in this guide has been chosen with that in mind. We are not doing a heavy detox right now โ€” that comes later when you have finished breastfeeding. Right now the focus is on three things: rebuilding your immune system, healing your gut, and rebalancing your hormones. All supplements listed are safe for breastfeeding. If you are ever unsure about anything, check with your practitioner first.
Aimee, you have just had a baby and your body has been through a lot. What we found makes complete sense given everything you have been through. This guide is your starting point. Be gentle with yourself โ€” healing takes time, and you are already doing the most important thing by being here.
Section 1 โ€” What We Found

Your Immune System

Every branch of your immune system is weakened right now. This is very common after pregnancy and birth โ€” your body has given so much. The good news is that the protocol in this guide is designed specifically to rebuild it.

Your Gut

  • Leaky gut โ€” the gut lining has gaps, allowing toxins into the bloodstream
  • Gut bacteria out of balance
  • Candida (yeast overgrowth) in the small intestine
  • Intestinal toxins building up
  • Low stomach acid โ€” food is not being broken down properly
  • Multiple enzyme deficiencies โ€” the gut cannot digest fats, proteins or sugars efficiently
  • The pancreas is also showing impaired function โ€” it produces many of the digestive enzymes your body needs

Your Hormones and Glands

All four main glands are showing impaired function: adrenals (energy and stress), hypothalamus (master regulator), pituitary (hormone control) and pineal (sleep and circadian rhythm). This is why you may feel exhausted, wired, unable to sleep properly or emotionally up and down. This is very common postpartum and very treatable.

We also found impaired function in the uterus and right fallopian tube, with heavy metals sitting in the reproductive organs. These will be addressed more fully after breastfeeding.

Your Heart

Spike protein is sitting on the endocardium (the inner lining of the heart) and the heart's electrical system is showing strain. This is a priority finding. Your practitioner will advise on the appropriate spray to address this.

Your Brain and Nervous System

Heavy metals โ€” including aluminium and fluorine โ€” are sitting in the brain core, midbrain, spinal cord and pineal gland. Beta-amyloid (a protein linked to brain fog and cognitive decline) is also present in the central nervous system, along with microplastics and gluten. This explains any brain fog, poor memory or difficulty concentrating you may be experiencing.

Note: A thorough brain and nervous system detox will be carried out after you have finished breastfeeding. For now, the focus is on gentle support.

Parasites

  • Liver fluke โ€” in the liver
  • Pancreatic fluke โ€” in the pancreas (connected to the enzyme deficiencies)
  • Acanthocephala โ€” with heavy metals in the kidneys
  • Giardia โ€” a gut parasite, connected to the heavy metal burden
  • Morgellons โ€” a complex environmental parasite. Will be addressed fully post-breastfeeding.

Toxins in the Body

  • Heavy metals โ€” in the brain, spinal cord, liver, kidneys, pineal gland and reproductive organs
  • Graphene oxide and spike protein
  • Microplastics โ€” including in the central nervous system
  • Ethylene oxide, nanoparticles, chemical burden
  • Electrosmog and geopathic stress โ€” specifically noted in West Hagbourne
West Hagbourne geopathic stress: The scan picked up geopathic stress specifically in your location. This is earth radiation that can disrupt sleep, immunity and hormonal balance. Walking barefoot on grass daily and spending time away from the home environment will help. Your practitioner can advise further on clearing this.

Your Joints

Biogenic salts (mineral deposits) are building up in the joint tendons, articular cartilage, synovial membrane and bursae. This can cause joint stiffness, aching and reduced flexibility โ€” common postpartum as the body recalibrates.

What Your Body Is Low In

DeficiencyWhy It Matters
IronEnergy, oxygen transport and immune function. Very common after birth.
MagnesiumSleep, stress, muscle function, heart rhythm and over 300 body processes
Copper and CeruloplasminCeruloplasmin is the protein that carries copper in the blood. Without it, iron cannot be used properly. This is a key finding for your energy levels.
PotassiumHeart rhythm, kidney function, muscle function and fluid balance
SeleniumThyroid function, immune support and antioxidant protection
BoronBone health, hormone balance and brain function
Vitamin B12Energy, brain function, nerve health and red blood cell production
Vitamin B2, B3, B4, B5, B6Energy production, hormone balance, nervous system and adrenal support
Vitamin B17 (amygdalin)Found in apricot kernels, bitter almonds and apple seeds. Supports cellular health.
Vitamin CImmune function, collagen production and antioxidant protection
Vitamin DImmune function, mood, bone health and hormone balance
Omega-3Brain health, reduces inflammation, supports mood and hormones
Multiple digestive enzymesWithout these, food cannot be properly broken down or absorbed

ATP Disorder

ATP is the energy currency of every cell in your body. An ATP disorder means your cells are not producing energy efficiently. This is why you may feel deeply tired even after rest. Rebuilding the gut, minerals and mitochondrial support will address this.

Section 2 โ€” Your Marion Sprays

Your practitioner will confirm the exact sprays and quantities for your current breastfeeding phase. Use as directed.

Because you are breastfeeding, your spray protocol has been carefully selected to be safe for you and your baby. Do not add any additional sprays without checking with your practitioner first.
Section 3 โ€” Supplements (Breastfeeding Safe)

All supplements below are safe during breastfeeding at the doses listed. Start one at a time so you can see how your body responds. If anything feels off, stop and check with your practitioner.

SupplementWhy You Need ItWhen
Probiotics (multi-strain, 50 billion CFU)Restores gut bacteria, supports mucosal immunity and helps heal the leaky gut. Also passes through breast milk to support your baby's gut.Morning, away from food
Digestive enzymes (broad-spectrum)Replaces the missing enzymes โ€” helps break down fats, proteins and carbs properly. Essential given the pancreas finding.Start of every meal
Magnesium glycinate (300mg)Supports sleep, stress, muscle function and heart rhythm. Safe and beneficial during breastfeeding.Evening
Vitamin D3 (2000 IU)Immune function, mood and bone health. Most breastfeeding mothers and babies are deficient. With breakfast
Vitamin C (500mg buffered)Immune support, antioxidant and collagen production. Safe at this dose while breastfeeding. With meals
Vitamin B complex (methylated)Energy, hormone balance, nervous system and adrenal support. Use a methylated form for best absorption. Addresses the B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12 deficiencies.Morning with food
Iron (gentle, food-based form โ€” e.g. Spatone or Floradix)Replenishes iron lost during birth. Use a gentle form to avoid constipation. Take with vitamin C to improve absorption.Away from dairy and tea
Omega-3 (algae-based, 500mg DHA)Brain health, mood, reduces inflammation and supports your baby's brain development through breast milk. Algae-based is cleaner than fish oil. With food
Sea moss gelContains 92 minerals including iodine, selenium, potassium and boron โ€” all deficient. Supports thyroid, gut and immune function. Safe during breastfeeding.Daily โ€” add to smoothies
Collagen peptides (hydrolysed)Repairs the gut lining, supports joints and skin. Safe during breastfeeding. In water or smoothies
Nettle leaf teaRich in iron, magnesium, calcium and vitamin C. Supports kidney function and is a traditional galactagogue (supports milk supply). Drink 2 cups daily.Morning and afternoon
Moringa powderOne of the most nutrient-dense plants on earth. Rich in iron, calcium, B vitamins and antioxidants. Supports energy, immunity and milk supply. Add to smoothies.Daily
What to avoid while breastfeeding: Strong herbal detox supplements (milk thistle at high doses, wormwood, black walnut, strong binders like activated charcoal). These can mobilise toxins that pass into breast milk. Save the full detox protocol for after weaning.
Section 4 โ€” Alkaline Mucus-Less Food Guide

This approach is based on the alkaline, mucus-less principles โ€” eating foods that do not create mucus, inflammation or acid in the body. Mucus-forming foods feed candida, clog the lymphatic system and slow healing. You are also nourishing your baby through your milk, so eating well now matters for both of you.

The Foundation โ€” What to Eat Every Day

FoodWhy
All leafy greens โ€” spinach, kale, rocket, Swiss chard, watercressHighly alkaline, rich in iron, magnesium and chlorophyll. Essential for postpartum recovery.
Cucumber, celery, courgette, asparagusHydrating, alkalising and gentle on the gut. Support kidney and lymph drainage.
Broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sproutsLiver support, anti-inflammatory and hormone-balancing.
AvocadoHealthy fats for brain health, hormones and milk quality. Eat daily.
Sweet potato and butternut squashAlkaline, mineral-rich, good slow-release energy. Supports adrenal function.
BeetrootSupports liver detox, iron levels and blood quality.
Garlic, ginger, turmeric, cayenneAnti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and anti-inflammatory. Use daily in cooking.
Lemon and limeAlkalising in the body. Use in water and cooking every day.
Berries โ€” blueberries, raspberries, strawberriesHigh in antioxidants, low in sugar. Support immune function and brain health.
Quinoa, buckwheat, millet, brown riceGluten-free whole grains. Good energy without spiking blood sugar or irritating the gut.
Lentils, chickpeas, black beansPlant protein, iron and fibre. Support gut bacteria and energy.
Pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, flaxseeds, hemp seedsOmega-3, zinc, magnesium and iron. Eat a handful daily.
Walnuts and almonds (soaked overnight)Brain health, anti-inflammatory, good fats. Soaking removes enzyme inhibitors.
Extra virgin olive oil and coconut oilAnti-inflammatory, antifungal and hormone-supportive.
Wild caught oily fish โ€” salmon, sardines, mackerelOmega-3 for brain health, mood and baby's development. Aim for twice a week โ€” fish is acidic so keep portions moderate given the acidification finding.
Organic chicken or turkeyClean lean protein for tissue repair and energy. Twice a week maximum โ€” all meat is acid-forming, so balance with plenty of alkaline vegetables at the same meal.
Organic eggsComplete protein, B vitamins, choline for brain health. Good postpartum food.

Mucus-Less Principles โ€” What This Means in Practice

  • No dairy โ€” dairy is one of the most mucus-forming foods. It feeds candida and clogs the lymphatic system. Switch to coconut milk, oat milk or almond milk.
  • No gluten โ€” wheat, rye and barley create inflammation and mucus in the gut. Gluten was found affecting the central nervous system.
  • No processed meat โ€” bacon, sausages, deli meats and fast food meat are acidic and mucus-forming. Stick to organic chicken, turkey or wild caught fish, twice a week maximum.
  • No fried food โ€” frying creates inflammatory compounds that burden the liver and gut.
  • No refined sugar โ€” feeds candida, creates acid and suppresses immune function.
  • No alcohol โ€” burdens the liver and passes into breast milk.
  • No coffee โ€” acidifying and stressful on the adrenals. Switch to herbal teas or dandelion root coffee.

Drinks

  • Filtered water โ€” at least 2.5 litres per day. Breastfeeding increases your fluid needs significantly.
  • Warm lemon water โ€” every morning before anything else
  • Nettle tea โ€” 2 cups daily. Supports iron, kidneys and milk supply.
  • Dandelion root tea โ€” supports liver and kidney detox. Safe while breastfeeding.
  • Ginger tea โ€” anti-inflammatory, supports digestion and circulation
  • Chamomile tea โ€” calming, supports sleep and reduces anxiety
  • Coconut water โ€” natural electrolytes, supports hydration and milk supply

Section 5 โ€” Your Emotional Findings

What We Found

We found a significant emotional burden. Many of these feelings are deeply connected to the postpartum experience โ€” but some have been sitting in the body for longer. Your practitioner will work on releasing these through Emotion Code sessions.

EmotionWhat This Means
HelplessnessA feeling of not being able to change things or control outcomes
LonelinessFeeling unseen or unsupported, even when people are around
Low self-esteemNot feeling good enough or worthy
SadnessGrief or loss โ€” this may be connected to the transition into motherhood
StagnationFeeling stuck, unable to move forward
Unsatisfied needsNeeds that have not been met โ€” emotionally, physically or relationally
Anger and aggressionStored anger that has not been expressed or released
AnxietyWorry and fear about the future or about being enough
These emotions are real and valid. They are not a sign that something is wrong with you โ€” they are a sign that your body has been holding a lot. Releasing them will directly support your physical healing too.

Your Chakras

All seven chakras are showing blockages. This is connected to the emotional burden and the physical findings. Your practitioner will work on clearing these.

Chakra 1 โ€” Root

Safety, security, feeling grounded. Connected to the adrenals and survival instincts.

Chakra 2 โ€” Sacral

Creativity, emotions, sexuality and reproductive health. Connected to the uterus and ovaries.

Chakra 3 โ€” Solar Plexus

Personal power, confidence and self-worth. Connected to the stomach, pancreas and liver.

Chakra 4 โ€” Heart

Love, connection and compassion. Connected to the heart and lungs.

Chakra 5 โ€” Throat

Expression, communication and speaking your truth.

Chakra 6 โ€” Third Eye

Intuition, clarity and inner knowing. Connected to the pineal gland.

Chakra 7 โ€” Crown

Connection to something greater, spiritual wellbeing and higher consciousness.

Simple Daily Practices

  • Walk barefoot outside โ€” even 10 minutes on grass or soil. Grounds the root chakra and neutralises geopathic stress.
  • Slow breathing โ€” 5 minutes when the baby sleeps. In for 4, hold for 4, out for 8. Calms the nervous system and adrenals.
  • Warm lemon water โ€” every morning. A small act of care for yourself.
  • Sunlight โ€” 15 minutes of morning sun on your skin. Supports vitamin D, the pineal gland and circadian rhythm.
  • Be gentle with yourself โ€” you are doing something extraordinary. Healing happens in layers. You do not have to do everything at once.
